What is the harvest lifecycle and when will the next harvest come in?

Crop years are approx 1 year behind the calendar year.

Due to the large portfolio of hops that we supply, we tend to start receiving the northern hemisphere crop in December and they keep arriving up until the end of March. Southern Hemisphere hops arrive from June up until the end of August. The order that we process our hops into vac packs and pellets is based on how quickly the alpha acids in that particular variety are likely to deplete. Therefore we process the hops that would deplete quickly first, to ensure that they are always processed whilst in their optimal condition.
